[REJECTED] Druid Artifact Quest ( Npc bugged/ broken chain quest)

The quest "The Seed Of Ages".
After i recieved the artifact, according to the quest i have to bring the seed to a location in the Dreamgrove and increase my artifact power with that seed after planting it. So i did, but i cant end the quest because i need to talk to Npc Rensar GreatHoof but i cant find him anyhere on the map ( dreamgrove)( this is according to the quest helper).
So i thought this could be a bug, so i abandoned the quest and try to retake it, like what i usually do with others quest when they got bugged. But this time the quest giver Rensar Greathoof vanished and nowhere to be found, and my quest chain is broken.
Please is there anything you can do, maybe reset my quest chain or just give me the quest right after this quest. Thank you
