Bug description: Celestial Alignment or Incarnation: Chosen of Elune proc from Arcanic Pulsar should always grant Astral Power but actually they don't.

The trait is working correctly and it generates 12 Astral Power as it should.

Proof of that it should generate only 12 Astral Power: click Check the Astral power after casting the last Starsurge and after the proc.
