Bug description: Currently Solar Beam only works as an intrerrupt and it should also silence you as long as you remain in its range, after the intrerrupt effect fades you can freecast even if you are in its aoe...
Proof: quite easy to see people casting while in the aoe but i will try to bring some screen as soon as possible

It can only happen in three cases: they trinket the silence, they have adaptation, or silence is on DR for them (in this case, silence would be only 4 seconds while the lockout is still 5, so silence is already gone by then). It is intended to not reapply if you remove it with trinket while still standing inside of it. Works the same way on retail
