Stuck in druid campaign, cant progress in chain quest Talon Terror (https://www.wowhead.com/quest=44869/talon-terror), cant unlock 3rd relic slot

I alrd done pre quest chain for druid i check all in wowhead (chain quest, dungeons)...I ask GM in game they sad to look on forums tutorials and bug report
but i am definitly stuck here
