Bug description: If you have both the Stampede proc and the Clearcasting proc, it should consume the Stampede proc, then it should consume the Clearcasting. Now, basically, it doesn't consume any of them, if you get the Stampede Proc from 4P PvP and you get the Clearcasting proc same time, you can spam Ravage 24/7.

Stop complaining. now ravage dosen`t work at all!
Everybody knows about that ravage spam , regarding a wrong fix, but know ravage dosen`t work:
The spell is not available to you , dosen`t proc at 30 sec, dosen`t do nothing , you made again a wrong fix, or something.

Trebuia dat disable la unul din spells, probabil am facut alegerea proasta alegand stampade. Pana la next restart clearcasting e disabled. Hopefully all is good from now on. Sorry for inconvenience.
