Bug description: When you use rake while you're in incarnation, rake doesn't stun at all.

It does not stun on retail either. This was reported dozens of times already. Please check the closed/fixed bugs before reporting. you can find dozens of proofs there that in legion incarnation DOES NOT make Rake stun..
