[REJECTED] [Druid][Guardian] Venthyr Covenant ability/Ravenos Frenzy stack

Bug description: Seems Ravenous Frenzy isnts stacking as it should be doing also the stun effect is no longer there.

I made some tests and Ravenous Frenzy is working as intended for Guardian and Feral Druid (didn't test for Restoration). It seems that it's bugged only on Balance Spec, sometimes it does give a stack, but I suppose it's only for Wrath and Regrowth (both Druid skills, not specific for Balance) and Sunfire, Moonfire and Starsurge do not give stacks. The curious part is that the ability works when Feral Druids use Balance Affinity's Skills. Unfortunately, I could not record my screen while I did the tests.

Oh, and I also do not have Venthyr Legendary.
