Bug description: So basicly I mainly play Balance druid and I can actually unlock artifacts but the other 3 specs are bugged becouse artifact spells are bugger for 3 specs. I cannot upgrade artifacts for those 3 specs. No quests, everything is completed. I tried to fix artifacts on freakz site but didn't help.
