Descrierea bugului / Bug description:
Efflorescence heals for 12% over 7 sec instead on every 1 sec for 7 sec.

Example
Swiftmend crit 30 000 hp
0,12*30 000 = 3 600 hp

(My Swiftmend crits for a bit more then 30 k on Freakz but you get the idea. I did not have access to the same gear for the pictures.)
