Bug description: Ysera's Gift heals for a quarter of what it should. In the screenshot, my HP is 157k (although at the time of the fight it might have even been buffed), 0.03 * 157k = 4710.
For a 2.46M heal fight, it healed on average for 2102. The minimum value is 1182, which is 4 times less than 3% of my HP.

The spell is working properly, on Restoration spec there is a 1/2 multiplier so it will heal you / the target for 1.5% of your HP ( Heals you for $?a137010[${$s1/2}.1%][$s1%] of your maximum health every $t1 sec. If you are at full health, an injured party or raid member will be healed instead. )

Tested it right now with exactly 100k HP and it healed us for 1500 Heal, so it is working correctly.
