Hello,

The Passive is working correctly however it doesn't get affected by Mastery.
If you critically heal a target for 1 Million, 57% of the initial heal will explode when the target gets damage so 570K <This is correct, but modifiers such as Mastery, Concordance or Potion of Prolonged Power, are not being applied, like they with Rejuvenation for an instance.

Living Seed should not be affected by mastery.

The initial heal that procs Living Seed is already affected by mastery and all other multipliers. Applying these again to Living Seed would mean that it's double dipping on all modifiers, and you'd hit for 15-20M with each living seed.
