Bug description: living seed doesn't take mastery in account, so it will always take the base healing of regrowth before it's affected by mastery even if you heal 10times that amount
Proof: with 26% mastery
regrowth without mastery 326k, 49% ~= 160k for living seed, works fine
regrowth with 5 hots 1060k, but living seed still at 160k

Intended, not a bug. Living Seed does not benefit from mastery
