Bug description: I have phasing issues with the NPC. There is a report about this bug, made by another player >> https://forum.wow-freakz.com/Alchemy-quest-Forlorn-Filter-t577637.html
That report has been closed, I don't know if they could help him.
I need to follow the alchemy quest chain.
I have tried everything to fix it. I even downloaded the game again.

The phasing issue was confirmed here as you can see. The issue wasn't fixed yet so please be patient about it.
