Bug description: Although i have completed Broken Shore Quest line, and consequently the above mentioned quest, is this quest "Take Out the Head..." stated as incomplete.

The same issue was reported here. I will mark this one as duplicate, if you want you can go bump the report I've linked you to confirm it from your behalf. Otherwise, the issue will be looked into.
