Bug description: The questgiver is supposed to have a dialog option saiying "Follow me", at witch point she would follow you to the location of the delivery of the quest. In the linked topic above it is shown that the quest does not update, and the reason is that the questgiver did not follow you to the location, due to the dialog option being missing.
Proof: Was already verified.
