[DUPLICATE] [item] [seal of broken destiny] complete but cant loot.

Bug description: Hi, my class halls seal of broken fate got bugged, it told me that it is complete, but there is no chest (barrel because of monk) to obtein it.
It has been like this for a few weeks, so it has no relation to have bougth the 3 semanals seals or not.
How can I solve this?
