Did u checked if you had that char selected when you did send the reward? maybe u send it on another character, i haved seen this problem very often theese days, cuz a lot of players are posting it.

I have 2 accounts SPARTAN *** and SPARTAN ****
Timeforfun is on Spartan1 and I have sent him the encahntment.
Beautiful is on Spartan2 and I have sent him later another enchantment.
