When players dispell [Cloying Shadows](https://www.wow-freakz.com/spells.php?spell=245118) it should also apply [Hungering Gloom](https://www.wow-freakz.com/spells.php?spell=245075) on [Lady Dacidion](https://www.wow-freakz.com/npc_finder.php?npc=122212&name=lady-dacidion). Atm it will only apply it if the debuff expires.
It should also apply the debuff if players use an immunity to remove the debuff.
