Bug description: I can't turn in quest acquired from follower mission.

Confirmed for The Nighthold: Gul'dan. You should be able to turn the quest in to Archmage Melis, as you can see on Wowhead.

As for the Into the Nightmare: Xavius, I don't know if you're reporting that as well (cause of the screenshot) but I was able to turn that quest in properly.
