Title: A mount has completely disappeared.
Bug description: I just got a Felsteed mount for completing my quest but ever since I logged out he is nowhere to be found. The weirdest thing is that I do not see him anywhere, even as a non-unlocked mount. I am a mount collector so could you please fix this for me? Thank you.

You mean deleting the game cache?
If so, how do I do that?

When you open your WoW folder, you will see a folder named "Cache". That's what deleting cache means.

In case, which probably will happen, this doesn't work, then please make an item recovery request here.

Okay so I have just deleted the Cache folder, started the game again and my mount is still not here.
Should I just copy/paste my previous bug report to the item recovery page?
