Bug description: My fire mages artifact weapon wont progress through levels. I should have been 2 levels higher but im stuck on 917. Help pls
Proof: My item level is stuck on 917 no matter how many times i level up

You are talking about artifact traits,they increase your trait level and not your ilevel,ilevel is increased by stronger relics.
