Bug description: according to Blizz World , There should be a An Auction House in Engineer part of new Dalaran , There is a npc in there but no working as an auction house , but blizz servers have it .

Rejected. After you reach skill 350 in Engineering, the auction house will be usable.

Also check these comments on those npcs.
