Bug description: A lot of the "kill mob, get required item from them" types of quests have mobs which seemingly have extremely low drop rates for items. Most notably getting puffer fish for Murky and one in Suramar where you need to kill frogs.
Proof: I abandoned both quests and it's hard to show it really... I just tried killing all mobs i could find for half an hour and only got 2/5 when the drop rate should be like 30%
