Proof:

Heirloom Buy whit POINTS DO NOT SHOW ON COLLECTION!

Its an Heirloom that DO NOT have restriction to add Account BOUND.

I spent 20 Points on this only to discover that it does not add to collection wen i went to upgrade it.

ONLY Heirlooms that i BUY IN GAME GO TO COLLECTION!

Can i GET A REFOUND?
