Bug description: I tried to upgrade my heirloom shield with upgrade for off-hand or shield (it costs about 900g). But when I seemingly upgraded my shield it still says that it has 0/3 upgrades and it is still max for to level 60.
Proof: I don't have any - I didn't expect that it could happen -
