[REJECTED] [Highmountain] The bloodtotem tribe

Bug description: I have a problem with the emmisary of highmountain. I was trying to do the chain but the npc dissapears when I complete the first quest ( https://www.wowhead.com/quest=38912/the-bloodtotem-tribe )

The mission I completed is: "The Bloodtotem Tribe"
The mission they don't give me is : "Witch of the Wood"
The NPC which doesn't appear is : "Oakin Ironbull <Rivermane Emissary>"

I did remove the "cache" folder but it didn't fix the issue.
