[REJECTED] [Into the heaven] Quest not working as expected

Bug description: I have attempted this quest multiple times spanning 2-3 days. I tried logging out and then relogging in. Every time i log in it starts from Stage 1. In stage 1 Li-Li runs away instead of following me and then can be found in the next level. Stage 1-3 are working but in stage 4, Typhinius is supposed to swan his minions and the task in stage 4 is to kill 4 of those minions.... but Typhinius does not do any thing and is unattackable.

I have tried dropping the quest multiple times and reattempted the quest. but all in vain. Every time I am stuck at stage 4.
If this were a normal quest , I would have abandoned and moved on. But, this is an artifact quest and seems important. I dont want to abandon the quest. I could see in the quest link that a lot of players have completed the quest. But, now it doesnot seem to be working.

Please help as in how should i proceed.
