Bug description:

Everytime there's a member of enemy faction available in raid group, specially classes with pets their pets (sometimes themselves) suffer from this spell.
even if pvp is disabled for both of them ( mage and someone from other faction ) after using this spell, its splash damage hits them and turns on pvp...

Send proof,this never happened to me and if it happened in bg then its a priest bug abuse.Rejected.
