Bug description: Paladins can use Blessing of Protection for sure(possibly other blessings as well) while in cc on other players, which is stupid and removes any skill from paladin himself. Preboping/presacing isnt even required if you can do it while cc-ed anyway.

LOL please dont defend this bs, find one retail video where paladin is using bop/sac while in cc... Why does even prebop and presac exicst in wow language???? Totally delusional... In every video if pala has no trinket he will 100% times buble+sac/buble+bop cause its impossible to bop straight from cc and stay in the cc LOL that is not world of warcraft buddy...

No u are wrong first of all,you can't use freedom/sac while under the effects of any kind of cc,second of all BOP Is supposed to be usable under Effects it can remove(Physical),and it can't be used under effects it cannot remove example Paladin's stun which is a magical effect.Works as intended.
