Bug description: The NPC Leyweaver Tytallo should give me the above mission but it doesn't and I don't know why. I would really appreciate it if you could help me with this problem.

Proof:

In this first proof we can see that the NPC does not give me this quest and in the tailoring book I have not learned the recipe for making Imbued Silkweave Bag

After that quest they didn't give me any more
