The thing is that i started yesterday to do the missions to get friendly in Val'sharah " Dreamweavers ", i can't remember why but i deleted all my missions and today when i wanted to continue the missions to reach friendly in all broken isles parts to do emissary and get better gears etc etc, i searched for a guide in youtube and when i came to the NPC called " Elothir " that is a tree, i can't see him

, i cleaned the cache, reload and nothing works, please help because i want to keep playing and i wont create again a dh

Which quest are you implying that you need from the NPC? You reported it in the quests section so you need to link the quest.
