Quest ID : 44833

Bug description : I have started quest (The seal's power) with Valtrois near of Arcway. During this quest she ask to meet her in Kel'balor.
She had been here but mobs killed her. I was not able to continue this quest. So I canceled this quest to take again but now Valtrois doesn't pop up and I can't continue this quest.
I deleted my cache but nothing...

I dont really know what I have to do.

Could you help me please.
