Hello i have the following problem i have achivmat for a given apperance of weapons of clothing missing i have achivmat for them but they are missing i have others purchased from the site i have an item but they do not work i have others that are missing and i cant even pick up the quest for them there are even ones with boss drop and they are missing please check and fix i can attach pictures . when will it work out and if it doesn't work out will you return the money given to them
