Bug description: navarrog isnt spawned, so i cant continue with my windwalker monk order hall questline, cant start the quests on brokenshore because of that and i cant use the extra's for the class hall such as extra legendary because they need a adhievment from broken shore hat i cant get.

Proof: in the link above you can see that untill now nobody has done this quest
