Ingrediente

200 gr muschi de vita
2 castraveciori murati (foarte mici, cornichon)
1 lingura cu varf ceapa rosie tocata marunt
1 lingurita capere
1/2 legatura patrunjel
1 galbenus de ou
60 ml ulei
2 lingurite mustar
1 lingurita sos Worcestershire
1 lingurita suc de lamaie
sare, piper

Mod de preparare

Se toaca carnea marunt, dar folosind cutitul, nu robotul sau masina de carne.
Se pune galbenusul intr-un bol impreuna cu o lingurita de mustar. Se adauga uleiul, in fir subtire, amestecand non-stop pana il terminati. Veti obtine o maioneza mai subtirica.
Adaugati in maioneza restul de mustar, sosul Worcestershire, sucul de lamaie si condimentati cu sare si piper. Omogenizati bine.
Adaugati maioneza peste carne si amestecati bine.
Tocati foarte marunt castraveciorii, ceapa, caperele si patrunjelul. Adaugati peste carnea si amestecati iar.
Gustati si dregeti amestecul de sare, piper si suc de lamaie dupa gustul vostru.
Serviti cu paine prajita si un galbenus de ou crud deasupra (daca doriti). Eu m-am limitat doar la paine prajita.
