Asa am patit si de dimineata. Nu vrea sa porneasca steam,am dat restart dar degeaba. Pur si simplu dau doubleclick pe steam.exe si nu intra.

Exista vreo aplicatie care opreste deschiderea ?

Sterge AppUpdateStats.blob si ClientRegistry.blob din C:\Program Files\Steam. Asta forteaza Steam-ul sa-si faca update si va porni.
