ingrediente

rosii proaspete &ndash 4 buc
busuioc verde &ndash 67 frunze
miere &ndash 1/2 lingurita
smantana de gatit din lapte de vaca &ndash 300 ml
apa &ndash 350 ml
sare &ndash dupa gust


Mod de preparare:

• taie rosiile cuburi mai mari
• adauga-le in blenderul performant Oster Versa impreuna cu apa si busuiocul
• mixeaza pe functia presetata „Soup"
• adauga la sfarsit mierea si smantana de gatit
• mixeaza pentru alte 7-8 secunde
• potriveste de sare si serveste cu crutoane.
