Ingrediente:

1 portii
frunza de varza (10 g) 1.00bucata
cartof (70 g) 1.00bucata
ceapa (50 g) 1.00bucata
morcovi (40 g) 1.00bucata
tomate (180 g) 2.00bucata

1. spalati bine ingredientele
2. indepartati codita rosiilor si taiati-le in bucati
3. taiati morcovul in bucati
4. curatati cartofii de coaja si taiati-i in bucati
5. adaugati ingredientele alternativ in storcatorul prin presare la rece KUVINGS
