Bug description: In the images it can be noted that the skill [Slash brutal] has two different types of damage, being the human form with a much larger damage than the cat form, this and a Visual bug or the bugged skill?, because the skill by its description depends on the power attack and the change of Shape does not change the same.

What i understand is the in the cat form should have less damage.
Then there is no bug, and if you are with doubts check.

Thats correct. BS uses weapon damage, and cat form has different formula than human form. The difference you see its correct, nothing wrong here. Check previous rejected posts for more infos.
