Bug description: doesnt dispell savage roar ( feral talent )

Proof: on right action bar unde rminimap is soothe spell, spell goes on cd but doesnt remove savage roar - > https://imgur.com/a/5lQ03h8

AFAIK since Panda SR is not an enrage effect
