Character name: Ambulansz
Bug description: Can't finish the quest as I can't talk to Warren Ashton, as I try to talk to him he greets me but can't finish quest with that.
It was supposed to be fixed earlier today, but it s still bugged.
Seen at least 10 more people with the same problem.

It's fixed, try again after the next server restart/crash.
