Character name: Agers
Bug description:
I have finished the quest "And Justice for All" tasks and just wanted to hand in the quest to "Lucille Waycrest". She was visible but it takes me time to reach her and she disappeared.
I have tried to find her in the next location of quest line and I found her there but I could not finish the quest there.
I have uploaded the screen shots for these two locations.
I am stuck somehow in this quest. I have also tried log in and logout but no progress.

I have abandoned the quest and do it again and it is OK now
