[REJECTED] Drustvar storyline problem

Hello!
I am unable to start Drustvar storyline and I am already friendly with the other 2 factions. The quest for unlocking the world quests says that I need friendly with all 3 factions, not to finish all chapters in 3 zones. We spoke through tickets in-game, but I still cant understand why I have to finish all chapters in zones and how I am able to do some quest in two zones, but not in all 3. I even have 150 rep in Drustvar and think that I did quest or two there before. I have spoken with other players that already have world quests unlocked and they said that they only did to Friendly, not all chapters.

You have to complete each chapter provided by the zone selected from your scouting map in order to be eligible to pick a new one from there.
