[REJECTED] Duplicate legendary drop

Details: Today (21 of January) my legendary (Acherus drapes) disappeared after a re-log (I didn't notice that it did at first because i re-logged to do a key)
after we finished said key the same legendary dropped for me, after it dropped i Recovered the original one that went missing using recover item from the freakz website, so now i have a duplicate of the legendary (Acherus drapes) in my inventory.
Can i get a different legendary for the blood spec ?
