Bug description:
Master Hsu, in the Peak of Serenity is hostile to all players. He's a 80-85 npc and is killing low level monks who go there to do daily quests
The buff you get from doing the monk quest "Enlightenment" is supposed to be stackable, now it just refreshes the duration of 60 minutes
