[REJECTED] Emissary Quest + World Quests Bug

Bug description: The World Quests for certain special elite mobs spawn the mob for other players but I cant see the elite mob. In case the World Quest is based on % for killing normal mobs I can see the mobs but they dont count at all. Also I got 1st and 2nd Emissary quest but today when I was supposed to get the 3rd nothing happened. I also get more frequent disconnects compared to other days.

I posted in proof the most relevant ss. The mobs for the pvp world quest for example arent even visible to me.

Have the same problem:

2) Tooltip says 0/1 https://i.imgur.com/yzNTAg2.jpg
Seems like I'm NOT on the world quest even tho it shows up (no progress when hovering over the enemy)

EDIT: OK seems it's because my quest log was full - need some kind of a message maybe when entering world quest zone and log is full

have the same problem but the gm rejected this bug
