WoW Freakz item link: Empowered Elven Tome
Bug description: I try to use it after i just got it from a Broken Shore quest and it says: "Your artiffact is at full power" but it is not, my artiffact Knolege is at 26 lvl and i got 28 Trates.
Proof: Idk what to say or show for proof, but when you ask me for it i will give it to you. Thank you in forward!
