Bug description: On my character Ralphthedk i did the enchanting questling, but i am stuck at one point, where i need to craft a recipe for cloak enchants that i haven't learnt. I looked around the site and apparently there was a quest for it. I backtracked to the npc that gave the quest and it had no other quests. So right now i'm stuck, please help.
