Bug description: Umbra Shatter spell doesn't appear to be purchasable from the horde enchanting trainer. My enchanter currently has Zandalari Enchanting at 63 and according to Wowhead, Umbra Shatter is supposed to be available from 40. It does show up in the "unlearned" tab of the enchanting UI but does not show up in the list of spells the trainer has available at all, not even with a higher level requirement.

This is only added in 8.1. The current patch is still 8.0.
