How i managed to bug this quest:
I spoke with Fallen Priestess when i was in a raid group and obviously didn't worked.
I abandon the quest, delete cache, retake the quest the NPC that i need to speak Fallen Priestess is not spawning anymore.
Now i think the server reads my quest with "- Hidden when quest hide_fallen_priestess_NPC is active" already active when i retake the quest.
